Overview
CHP wishes to commission an experienced and appropriately qualified organisation (the Supplier) to provide servicing and maintenance services to our main office heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) system in Chelmsford, Essex. The HVAC system also includes an air source heat pump for hot water. The Supplier shall perform planned and preventative maintenance and servicing to CHP’s HVAC system at a frequency of two services per year at six monthly intervals, identifying current or potential issues and then carry out any necessary repairs to ensure the systems continue to operate effectively.
