Overview
This is a Prior information notice (call for competition). Hull City Council on behalf of the Humber Bridge Board ("HBB") is looking to replace the current Hybrid Toll Collection System with a new Free Flow Toll Collection System. Since November 2015, HBB has been operating a Hybrid Toll Collection System at the Humber Bridge. This comprises one open road toll lane and three staffed toll booth lanes in each direction along with associated back-office systems located in the Bridge Office. A Design and Build Contractor is sought to deliver the works and services [these are described in the Appendix - Draft Tender Pack].
