Moat Home is seeking to appoint a single provider that can supply a HRIS and payroll solution and a fully serviced Payroll Bureau, delivered using a cloud hosted or software as a service (SaaS) model. The requirement is for a fit-for-purpose, HMRC compliant Human Resources Information System (HRIS) which will minimise the admin burden on our People Services department; support efficiencies; provide accurate and high quality data; whilst keeping the admin costs low and acting as a seamless replacement for our current HRIS system provided by The Access Group.
