Overview

The Health and Safety Executive (HSE) is procuring an agency (or agency-led consortium) to undertake a four-year research project on 'Audience Measures'. HSE does not currently have a comprehensive approach to understanding issues of health and safety (H&S) need and impact from employers and employees' perspectives. This project will develop audience-focused evidence to shape HSE strategic direction. For example: to track the degree to which HSE reaches/influences target audiences; to provide senior leaders with data on impact and outcomes; and to inform operational resource allocation.
