The College currently operates separate systems for Human Resources (HR) and Payroll. The HR function is administered in house using specific HR software. The payroll function is managed via an external provider, with the College undertaking all data input to the system directly using external links to the provider's payroll software. The actual running of the payroll is managed by the external bureau. The College wishes to source and implement a modern integrated computerised HR/payroll system from a single preferred supplier.
