HMRC is on a journey of unprecedented transformational change and HR OD has a critical role in supporting HMRC Customer Groups to develop their Organisation Design as they transition to the new HMRC operating model. The Contractor is required to develop an organisation design which aligns a strategic and modern Head Quarters (HQ) with a Regional operation. 2.2.
