Overview

The Housing and Support Solutions service is the provision of care and support that enables a Person to maintain their independence in a Supported Housing setting (Lot 1), or through peripatetic Support Solutions (Lot 2) in the community. The Council and the ICB are seeking a person centred approach to Service delivery, ensuring that People aged 16 and over are assisted to live a good life and achieve their personalised outcomes.
