North East Lincolnshire Council (NELC) aims for the Housing Related Support programme to support individuals and families who are at risk of becoming homeless and provide support to prevent and relieve homelessness. NELC is proposing a change to the current contract arrangement and feel it is important to discuss these proposed changes with the market to ascertain their view prior to going out to tender. NELC is committed to delivering Housing Related Support (HRS) in some form within North East Lincolnshire.
