Essex County Council is implementing the contract for Housing Related Support 16+. This contract is to provide a service of accommodation and support for the following - • Aged 16 and 17 years old at risk of homelessness. • Additional young people aged 18 to 21 years old at risk of homelessness and are assessed as having specific vulnerabilities. • Care Leavers • Vulnerable young parents up to the age of 21 years old with additional support needs.
