Overview
Westminster City Council is seeking to procure a Housing Floating Support Service to mitigate the risk of residents presenting as homeless and bring down the overall number of homeless presentations to the City Council's Housing Options Service. The service will be required to deliver targeted, time-limited and holistic interventions that successfully help people remain in their own home, with a minimum approximate of 750 cases annually (excluding drop-ins/workshops); this target will be reviewed with the intention of achieving a minimum throughput of 1000 cases per annum.
