Testing and reporting requirements to be followed by reporting accountants undertaking engagement work for a local authority's (LA) claim for Housing Benefit subsidy from the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) on form MPF720A. Teignbridge District Council will require the successful applicant to undertake the specific test requirements that are set out in HBAP modules 2, 3, 5 and 6 in the DWP instructions.
