Overview

Leeds City Council are establishing a Dynamic Purchasing System for the provision of recycling outlets for a range materials collected at the Household Waste Recycling Centres. The Dynamic Purchasing System sets out the City Council's requirements in respect of the acceptance/collection and treatment/disposal of : • General waste (not containing persistent organic pollutants [POPS]) • General waste (containing POPS) • POPs waste • Timber and wood based materials • Inert soil, rubble and hardcore • Plasterboard and gypsum products The DPS also includes provision for the haulage of these materials. The DPS will run from April 2024 until March 2036
