The agency is seeking to appoint a firm from the Multi-Disciplinary Panel to assist Homes England to achieve an exit from the Queens Meadow Business Park by carrying out an update of the land due diligence and producing the necessary supporting information/surveys that will be required by an appointed property agent to assist with the marketing of the site. Whilst the agency currently holds numerous reports and surveys pertaining to the existing ground conditions and ecology it is anticipated that these will be outdated and are in need of refreshing.
