Home Group Fire Risk Assessors Services

Home Group is seeking to establish a framework agreement of suitably qualified and experienced professionals to undertake Fire Risk Assessments on such Home Group premises as, rented accommodation, offices, supported accommodation, BASS properties, leasehold accommodation and commercial premises. More specifically, the scope of the premises covered will include (but not exclusively); residential premises, sheltered housing, extra care housing, hostels, Houses of Multiple Occupancy (HMO) houses or flats ranging from single storey to six storeys, offices and community spaces.
