Home Group is seeking to establish a framework of suitably qualified and experienced professionals who can undertake projects comprising new build, conversions and master planning. The schemes may include social rented, shared ownership, shared equity and outright sale units as well as community and commercial buildings. Practices are sought who have experience of new build residential projects and an innovative approach to redevelopment of existing estates.
