Overview

The East Riding of Yorkshire Council are looking for providers to be appointed onto a Framework for the provision of Home Care. The framework is to meet needs of adult residents who have been assessed as requiring home care. This a repeat of previous notices, if you are already on the open framework please do not re-apply. There are four lots. Lot 1 generic home care. Lot 2 short term home care and home care for those with complex needs. Lot 3 urgent weekend commissioned home care. The ERYC is divided into six care management zones, areas within each care management zone have been allocated into zones to enable separate pricing for Lots 1 to 3 inclusive.
