Overview
The East Riding of Yorkshire Council are looking for providers to be appointed onto a Framework for the provision of Home Care. The framework is to meet needs of adult residents who have been assessed as requiring home care. There are three lots. Lot 1 generic home care. Lot 2 short term home care and home care for those with complex needs. Lot 3 urgent weekend commissioned home care. The ERYC is divided into six care management zones, areas within each care management zone have been allocated into zones to enable separate pricing.
