Oxfordshire County Council invites Applicants to tender to join an Open Framework to support the provision of Holiday Activities and Food Services (HAF) across Oxfordshire. This Phase is to open the window for ongoing applications to join the Open Framework and will remain open for the full Open Framework Contract term. Our vision is that the Oxfordshire Holiday Activity and Food Services will provide high quality opportunities for children, young people and carers/parents that enable all who attend to have good experiences that offer enriched, social engagement, additionally nutritious food.
