This competition will establish a single Supplier Contract for the purchase of FM Workplace related Services. The Contract will be for an initial 5 year period with an option to extend in 1 yearly increments reviewed on an annual basis. (1+1) The potential Contract value is £75.4m. This Contract will be between the successful Supplier and the Buyer (not the Crown Commercial Service (CCS)) The Contract is being offered under Lot 1a of the Workplace Services (FM Marketplace Phase 2) (RM6089) which will govern any resultant Contract.
