Overview
The current National Offender Management Information System (NOMIS) system will be phased out and replaced by 2025. The MoJ currently run three workstreams for the replacement of NOMIS; 'Calculate A Sentence', 'Create and Manage A License' and 'Prisoner Transactional Services' These will be reconfigured to provide additional efficiencies and sit independently outside of the current architecture. The Supplier will facilitate the development of this new software function for use by HMPPS staff. The scope of work is project discovery, requirements capture, strategy development and application testing.
