Historic Utility Invoice Validation

Lancaster University is undertaking a review of historic energy and water invoices with the aim of assessing historic accuracy and, if relevant, recovering any overcharges from suppliers. Following a successful historical energy audit the University hopes to carry out annual invoice validation.
