Overview
Leicestershire County Council and Leicester City Council (the Employer) is seeking to identify and appoint Contractor(s) to a Highways Minor Works Framework Agreement (Framework). The work involved will be of a jobbing / patching / minor works nature associated with the maintenance of the Employers highway network. The estimated value through the Framework is not guaranteed and is dependent on budgets made available to the Employer but could be up to £400k per annum. The proposed Framework period is two years with potential extensions of a further two years in one year increments subject to performance.
