Overview
London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham are looking to undertake a market engagement exercise for a single asset management system with the functionality required to manage infrastructure assets such as roads, street lighting, signs, trees, bridges and other structures. As some of these assets are not on the public highway, H&F is looking to explore the market for a system that accommodates not only its Local Street Gazetteer but that also gives us the Authority the freedom to add additional sites such as parks, schools, playgrounds, etc. H&F would want the ability to place orders for contractors registered in the system in the same way regardless of the type of asset and location across t…
