ENGIE on behalf of North East Lincolnshire Council are seeking suitably qualified contractors for the renewal of its Highways Framework. This procurement is for Lot 1 0 -100 000 GBP, Lot 2 1 500 000 GBP-OJEU and Lot 3 Carriageway Resurfacing 0 - 500 000 GBP. The framework will enable the delivery of the Authority's annual Local Transport Plan (LTP) programme of work.
