Highways Asset Management System (HAMS) ITT

To procure a new Highways Asset Management System for SBC's Highways, Street Lighting, Grounds, Pavement Management, Street works, Bridges & Structure, Drainage and Public Rights of Way teams and potentially there is scope to use this system for other services in the future. The initial contract term will be for 36 months with option to extend for a further 48 months (four periods of 12 months) subject to budget availability and contract performance as stated in the ITT documents.
