Provision of the XA Infrastructure Asset Management Software System by the Supplier to be used by the Buyer and System support and surveying by the Supplier via XA Support. Hampshire County Council requires access to the XA Infrastructure Asset Management System in order to manage the carriageway (CW) and Footway (FW) data and use UKPMS functions to manage other inventory and condition data in line with published highways asset management guidance.
