High Performing Road Design for Cycling

The purpose of the research is to develop a series of case studies on high quality. highly performing cycle infrastructure in the UK, with key focus on England, to be displayed on the Cycle Proofing Working Group Webpage. The project will: • support investment in cycle infrastructure by showing what tangible outcomes can be achieved for particular monetary values; and • support the improvement of the quality of cycle infrastructure in England by sharing practical information with infrastructure professionals about the processes of planning, designing and implementing high quality cycle infrastructure.
