The Authority wishes to award contracts for High Needs Study Programme (HNSP) Approved Provider List (APL) ("the Contract"). To access the High Needs Study Programme (HNSP), a young person must have an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) The High Needs Study Programme is a person-centred programme which supports the young person to develop and progress, based on a clear understanding of how each person learns best, strategies that will help them achieve their goals, and the support they require within the learning environment.
