Overview
As part of our environmental commitments, Progress Housing are looking to upgrade all standard electric storage heaters and hot water cylinders throughout the blocks situated in Saltcotes place, Lytham St Annes FY8 to High heat retention storage heaters (HHRSH) and unvented hot water cylinders. It is anticipated that the project will consist of 97 Properties to be delivered over 2 years up to March 2025 The aim of the project is to reduce fuel poverty for tenants living in these properties and increase the SAP score ensuring no properties are E rated.
