Herts for Learning Limited herein after referred to as HfL is the largest schools' company in the UK with over 520 school shareholders, dedicated to improving education for young people in Hertfordshire and beyond. HfLs requirement is to establish a single supplier framework agreement for the provision of a cloud based Managed Payroll Systems for schools. The framework allows for growth in the market and as such covers all schools in England, not just Hertfordshire.
