Overview

Homes England intends to re-procure our Help to Buy Agents (HTBAs) contract. This Early Engagement (Prior Information Notice (PIN) in the OJEU) is intended to be a market test and consultation and not a call to competition. The aims of this PIN are to: - alert potential suppliers to the forthcoming opportunity which will be advertised by the publication of a contract notice in the OJEU and Contracts Finder; - invite potential suppliers to participate in a market testing exercise to assist Homes England in the design of the procurement. Interested parties are invited to review the supplementary information and questionnaire which are available via our e-Tendering system.
