The Fund is seeking a Service Provider to provide learning, support and evaluation services to the 59 local area partnerships. The Learning, Support and Evaluation contract will: 1) Support and empower grant holders to robustly evaluate and measure the impact of their projects . 2) Help grant holders to support beneficiaries in having more influence on service delivery within their individual projects and more widely with other partnerships and local stakeholders. 3.
