Overview
The Council is publishing a bespoke Framework under the the Light Touch Regime (Regulations 74 to 77) through which Help 2 Live at Home (2024). It will enable the purchasing, delivery and management of services designed to meet Care Act eligible needs which take place in domestic or community settings. It will cover a wide range of services, including, but not limited to, Domiciliary Care, Extra Care, Live In Care, short-term respite enablement and reablement services which fall within the overall umbrella of CQC regulated home-based care and support.
