This Prior Information Notice (PIN) announces the Contracting Authority's intention to establish a Heating, Electrical, and Decarbonisation Framework. This framework will replace the current provision and will cover a wide range of services related to Heating, Electrical systems, Retrofit and Decarbonisation within the public sector. The expected tender release date is mid-November 2024.The Framework will be divided into six lots, enabling the selection of CPV codes, regions, and financial capacity criteria.
