Heatherlands Centre Refurbishment

The nature of the work to be undertaken consists of the demolition and removal of a section of the building at ground floor level with an extension to the existing central section of the Northern elevation and the installation of a new first floor level to Eastern side of the building. Subject to client budgetary constraints, Tenderers are advised to look at the provision of separating the costs of the (Main Ground floor refurbishment) as a priority and (First floor construction) as two separate parts, this is also to be reflected in the costs associated with preliminary items (the split in cost to be based upon the time difference for each part of the proposed works).
