Overview

The nature of the work to be carried out consist of the demolition and removal of section of the building at ground floor level with extension to the existing central section of the Northern elevation and the installation of a new first floor level to Eastern side of the building. It is intended for the Tenderer to cost the entire specification which included both ground and first floor construction and refurbishment.
