Norfolk County Council's Public Health department are seeking to create a Light Touch Regime Framework Agreement for providers of services supporting Healthy Lifestyles. At the outset of this Framework Agreement the public health team wishes to purchase Structured Support Group Tier 2 weight management services and Structured Support Group Tier 2 weight management services with Integrated Physical Activity Sessions. These will form lots 1 and 2 of the Framework Agreement.
