Dear Providers, Coventry City Council (the Council) is planning to go out to tender for the provision of Healthwatch Coventry Services. The current agreement in place for this service expires at the end of July 2024 and the new contract shall commence in August 2024. The Council would like to engage with Providers regarding the recommissioning of the Healthwatch Coventry Services, considering the new Integrated Health and Care system to give it an opportunity to consider different models and possible outcomes for Coventry residents.
