Hampshire County Council (HCC) have now awarded the contract for design and installation of Solar PV systems on buildings. The Portsmouth City Council (PCC) Framework provided direct award access to Solar PV companies for the design and installation of Solar PV systems on buildings. Following a self-selection questionnaire to the Tier 1 suppliers it was shown that there is adequate capacity within the framework to deliver Hampshire County Council's (HCC) requirement.
