The appointed contractor will appoint a dedicated Project Manager to oversee the fabrication and installation, and arrange all scaffolding required for the project and all necessary permits and licenses. The premises is 3 storeys and has two public facing elevations. Due to the scope of the works, it maybe required to undertake the work in stages.
