Overview
Harrow Council has a requirement to build new affordable council housing to meet housing need in the Borough. The sites identified provide the land capacity for 8 new homes which detailed planning has been given. The Phase 1 project comprises 3 different sites, providing two different tenures of housing. The sites at Chenduit Way and Binyon Crescent are for Affordable Rent (ART) whilst the site at Masefield Avenue is for private sale.
