Overview

This ITT is for a feasibility study for two potential heat clusters identified through an energy masterplan process completed in January 2016, as follows: i. Harrow North Cluster, made up of the Station Road Quarter (existing Civic Centre site) and Kodak cluster, and the Wealdstone cluster (including the Leisure Centre site). ii. Harrow South Cluster, made up of the Town Centre cluster, and the Hospital and University cluster (located on the adjoining borough of Brent).
