Overview

This project aims to help the Office of Product Safety and Standards (OPSS) assess the feasibility of creating a concise, yet effective questionnaire for the collection of Harms Data. Harms Data encompasses information about injuries, their causes, and the resulting consequences, including both fatal and non-fatal outcomes. In addition to the initial 21 week term (contract end date - 06/04/26), an optional 8-week contract extension may be exercised solely at the discretion of the Buyer.
