Hallowes Court Refurbishment

Rykneld Homes Ltd (RHL) is seeking to appoint a contractor to undertake a range of refurbishment works to a block of flats within Dronfield. The proposed works include remodelling and upgrading a former sheltered housing complex- Hallowes Court. Refashioning both homes and communal areas, creating a modern complex which meets the needs of residents and Rykneld Homes. A Principle Designer has undertaken much of the design works associated with refurbishment and the design details are included within the tender documents, however, the successful contractor will be expected to design some key elements of the works.
