Overview

This service is to provide the upgrade of existing operator interface and integration software and hardware for the council's CCTV control room. The current software and hardware system provides interfaces to multiple systems via a common presentation (Graphical User Interface or GUI) to CCTV Operators. It also provides connectivity to third party users such as the Police and TfL as well offering an audit trail for all activities undertaken by the CCTV Operators. Changes in both technology and processing demand now require the current system to be upgraded to provide a up to date capability with the ability to interface with differing systems and major third-party users.
