Newark and Sherwood Homes are seeking to procure the services of a contractor to undertake flat roofing works at various locations across the Newark and Sherwood District. The areas covered on this contact will include (but not limited to) Balderton, Bilsthorpe, Edwinstowe, Newark, Rainworth, Farnsfield, Farndon, Southwell, Ollerton, Clipstone, Blidworth and Bleasby. The Contractor that will carry out the works must be a Bauder approved Installer and be registered on Constructionline. The Contract will initially be for 1 year but may lead to 2 more years depending on performance.
