1400 – GUTTER CLEARANCE CONTRACT THIS NOTICE IS FOR THE PURPOSES OF IDENTIFYING SUPPLIERS TO TAKE PART IN EARLY MARKET ENGAGEMENT AND IS NOT A CALL FOR COMPETITION. Two of the five South West Forces (Avon and Somerset and Devon and Cornwall) have gutter clearance contracts in place which expire at the end of January 2027. The other Forces have local agreements in place with local contractors for this provision. SWPPS are currently undertaking early market engagement and considering route to market options in order to run a successful procurement process for this requirement.
