Kingston University is looking to renew its grounds maintenance contract to provide a service to maintain all specified external grounds areas belonging to Kingston University. The contract is to be for three year/s (‘Initial Term’) with an option to extend it for up to 2 further individual years beyond the Initial Term (3 + 1 + 1). This is managed by the KUSCO (Kingston University Services Company) team to maintain the grounds within a green multi site campus where some are very close to the Hogsmill river that brings challenges to the services provider that can conform and perform to the required specification.
