Planning and Regeneration services require timely access to competent external consultants which can provide the advice, insight and skills required to enable it to deliver place-based regeneration at pace and scale. The appointed consultant is required be required to undertake site investigations required on sites identified by NLC and to engage with community groups linked to each site or to identify potential active groups that may take on ownership and management of each identified sites.
