Access - the Foundation for Social Investment (Access) is seeking a partner to deliver grant management services for its pre and post investment support activity. Access has four main funding themes of blended finance, pre and post investment support, enterprise grants and market development. For clarity, this ITT relates specifically to grants management services required to deliver the pre and post investment support strand of Access's work. At this point Access only requires grants management services for one pre-existing programme which sits within that strand of work, the Reach Fund, for the period April 2026 to March 2030.
